DO NOT RENT HERE! The only thing nice about Timberlake is the location. The complex itself is horrible!!!! My neighbors are inconsiderate and rude. The walls are paper thin. I can hear the person upstairs when she walks. I can hear my neighbor playing video games next door. Everyone parks their cars like they have their eyes closed. I have seen so many people parked up on the curb, or totally outside the space. Not worth the money, AT ALL! I'd maybe pay $200 a month to live here, not $720. Oh and I'm pretty sure there is a mold issue. The fridge is stained and the seal is breaking. THe A/C unit is extremely inefficient. You can't open the windows, they are stuck shut. The back porch is absolutley gross. The staff chages monthly. I could go on forever. Just please, please, please don't rent here. I have 3 months left in my lease and am actively looking for another place to live. I can't wait to get out of here!!!

Why did they move here in the first place. The management has been very helpful on taking care of problems and I have seen many positive changes since the management has not changed in a year and a half. Do you ever have anything positive to say or do you see everything half empty?

I had to break my lease because of cockroaches and now i've given this bill to pay!! Horriable place!!!!
