Ok so firstly the management are rude and uncomprimising towards there renters, i have neighbours that are having a domestic either in the car park or you can hear them fight 2 apartments away. . maintinence that cant even fix a simple problem. . and to top in breaking and entering and they did absolutely nothing to help
this is a quite frankly ---- place to live dont even think about it as an option.

I've lived on the property for over 7 years and it has steadily gone downhill..... each new manager blames the last. The most recent manager was only here for 4 months, there is no way she is responsible for how bad the property has gotten. It is years of neglect that has brought us to this point! I am embarrassed to have company over because it has become such a rotten place to live! There is NO pool furniture, people lay on towels on the cement or don't go to the pool at all.... the appliances (not just mine, but several of my neighbors) are rusting and falling apart and management refuses to replace them, there is so much dog crap throughout the grounds that you can't walk anywhere without watching every step that you take - it has become a health risk!! The maintenance people are lazy mf's who won't fix your a/c on the weekend or evening if *they* determine that it's not "hot enough" outside. I pay my rent on time EVERY month, my a/c should work at ALL times, not just when the scroungy maintenance guys decide to get off their lazy asses and fix it - I PAY THEIR SALARY - FIX MY DAMN A/C!!!! If I want it to be 60 degrees in my home, that's MY call!!!! I'm tired of drunk/high people fighting in the parking lot at all hours of the night and I'm sick of all the -------- and their extended families moving in!!! It is horrible!! Management has lowered their standards so much that they are letting anyone and everyone into this place - it's very sad!!! I went to the office to pick up a package the other day and the new manager (the fifth in the last year) was yelling and screaming about something in her office - I could not believe the unprofessionalism!!!! She would not shut up!!!! I couldn't get out of there fast enough!! I felt sorry for her coworkers....... With so many other options out there, I will not be renewing my lease and I would urge others to go elsewhere!!!!! This place is the slums!!!

As one of the former managers I was blessed enough to get out but the managers that do work there.... you need to give them some lead way as they are at the mercy of the owners giving them the funds to properly do their job. The company enables the staff to do there job. I do agree with some if not most of these issues but blame the company not the on site people they are doing the best they can. Everyone has a choice on where they live so instead of the rude and negative comments....move somewhere else!!!! It's a rental commnuity and the place is 25 plus years old.
