Don't get a 1st or 2nd floor!!

The grounds are beautiful, people generally nice, but the noise is absolutely unbearable. The floors are so paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING going on above you and it is magnified, especially when people have 5 kids running around above you. MAnagement does absolutely nothing about the noise or other complaints. There are also serious ant problems. So overall it's a great place to live if you never come home.
