Turning into condominiums.

This is no longer an apartment complex, it is being turned into condominiums and we have 6 months to find a new place to live. They want 209,900 for the 1 bed 1 bath we're staying in. With an *interest only* adjustable rate loan, we would have to pay about $1500 a month to stay here, versus the $800 rent we are paying now. I hope this goddamned housing bubble bursts sometime soon.
