Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I think the previous review was just a little too...shall we say enthusiastic' I lived there from 2001-2003 and it was very transient back then: I had four diff renters in the apt next to mine in just over 2 years. Very nice place, didn't feel really 'safe' walking around there at night. Very nice grounds
