nice but nothing special

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived there and it was nice but had problems with pests. Mostly ants and maintence was rude and not very timely on repairing things that needed fixed. Grounds were kept nice again my main problem was with maintence especially the maintence guy named Chad. He is very rude and has no class.
