I have lived at The Tuscany for about 1 and 1/2 years and it use to be the best place to live in town. Well, as time has gone on, I have seen a lot of staff changes some good some bad. Now that Darlene, Krista and Yvonne aren?t in the office anymore the place has gone down the tubes. The owners can be very nice and helpful. They have always taken great care of me and my husband. They use to have lots of great party?s and they really treated you like family. This place has lost that wonderful family feeling. The new assistant manager, She is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with!! She is very rude and she doesn?t have any class. The supervisor of maintenance, Mark is just as rude. You can barely get a word out of him and when you do he doesn?t really know what he is doing. I just wish I knew what has happened to this place' The people that are moving in here are really of low class. I don?t even understand how some of these people afford this place because it isn?t cheap. I have decided to leave The Tuscany after only 11/2 years. It?s very disapointing that a great place like this can be ruined by a staff change. Moving is the last thing I ever wanted to do but I can?t be treated like I have been anymore. I would advise anyone to not move here you will be sorry!
