I just moved to the Tuscany in October, what a mistake!! I moved here from another state and looked at several other apartment complexes before I decided on this one. The two main reasons I selected it were because of the "seemingly friendly" staff and the beauty of the landscaping. Well, after they got my signature on the lease everything went down hill. The once friendly staff has changed dramatically, they have a bunch of new management and they are not pleasant to deal with. The landscaping is awful now, I believe they have a new landscape artist and it is not nearly as pretty here as it was just 4 months ago when I moved in. The stair way rails need painted badly, the apartment directly across from me looks awful, it has greenish stains all over the side. It is not what I expected it to be. The construction is poor, the walls are thin, and I continually have problems with spiders and silverfish, no matter how many times it is sprayed. I wish I had chosen another apartment and as soon as my lease is up I will definitely move!
