You know I've got to raise the rating from an overall 4 to an overall 5. My mom and I discussed the rating I gave (oh yes she is 98 by the way... yup no mistake "98"). We take walks every PM and she reminded me of all real nice palm trees, hedges, plants and the "nice neat green cut grass". She reminded me of the clean walkways because her walker doesn't get stuck on weeds or pebbles. Got a real butt chewing. But she is correct you know. She sees all these things during her once a day outing... I take these nice things forgranted because they're there all the time. Any here's a repeat of the text.

Lived here for 2 1/2 years... still very happy with Tuscany. Although there was personnel turnover in the office & maintenance during the 2 1/2 years, I still get smiling faces, excellent attitudes, and a genuine desire to help solve/resolve problems. I think over the 2 1/2 year span I needed five (5) minor part replacements... a couple of flapper valves for the toilet water tank, an A/C compressor that crumped and new kitchen food disposal unit. No creepy crawlies moving around in the apartment...and the few I do see are belly up thanx to Orkin.
Granted, I just may be one of the lucky ones, but I?m "Happy Living Here!"
