everyone on the staff is friendly and all the neighbors are great. nice quiet place for adults and kids. pools and other ammenities are well kept and its nice to have a heated pool. Ed on the staff is fantastic and is extremely helpful all they way through the time you live there. the guy will do anything for you to make things easier on you if you need anything at all
