Beautiful!!!! But..... Converting to condo..SOON!!!!

I was amazed about the beautiful, mediteranean,spanish inspired theme of the entire property. Great location,however, they are converting to condo!!!!! How unfortunate, yet they won't tell you when. Beware, before you decide to leave a security deposit. {you just might not get it back.}
