We moved here on Feb. 2005 (almost a year) now and we are ready renew our contract and move to a larger apartment. We have been assisted by Ed from the very beginning, and we have nothing but awesome comments to make about him. He's one to really make our issues as tenants his priority. The place could definitely use more Eds. Some of the other staff members are not so friendly and one perhaps too friendly. Not sure of her name but she even asked my boyfriend who was he living with more than once and one time she even made a comment - ah too bad - after he responded living with his girlfriend. You would expect for the staff to be professional and respect others regardless of who you are, but I get this particular lady think The Tuscany Apts are grounds for meeting possible dates. I'll bet she wouldn't ask me. Then there's another lady that seems too stiff for her own good, not friendly at all. I've never had a chance to deal with the owners, so I don't have any comments there. I have heard not so positive comments about them when it comes to $$$, enough to conclude that perhaps they are money driven as some people have previously commented. I understand this is their business but sometimes you can be a little more compasionate.

Overall, The Tuscany is a good place to live. It has potential to be the best if only management get their act together. The units are well kept although they can make them look even better by selecting any other color than green for the kitchen counters and a bigger refrigetator, a microwave would come in handy as well.
