I recently moved to the Tuscany and have been impressed with the beauty of the grounds as well as the friendliness of the managment and staff. They have been very helpful, almost like a second family.
I personally have NOT had problems with pests, other than some tiny ants, and the apartment was virtually spotless when I moved in.
I have been satisfied with my apartment so far, and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a friendly, beautiful, and peaceful apartment complex.
