Before any one can bash this place I must say I had been living there for two years before relocating to Atlanta GA. People forget that no matter where you go any place will have it's problems and sometimes the problem really depends on the people. But let me provide a list of pros and cons:

1. The place is safe to live in. Only once there was a report of break-in, which the management did alert all the residents.

2. Apartments are really nice and somewhat spacious. Very true the rent prices have gone up but always at the end of the Lease. Besides, in general Sarasota is expensive if you want a nice place.

3. No matter where you live there will always be rude people, some more noisy than others. The first people that lived above us were pretty quite. When they move a couple with their kid took their place. Had to complain a couple of times.

4. Management does take their time to fix things, however they are friendly and they do get it done.

5. A lot of professional live there and you can walk around safely.

6. Grounds are well-kept, parking after certain hours does get full.

7. It will be going condo by the end of 2007. They have become more expensive.

We did have a leakage once during a storm.

All in all I will miss it and it is beautiful, nice place in general and I do recommend it to any one that can afford it.
