maintenance is horrible. It takes several weeks to get anything done here. You also have to keep calling to remind them about the problem.

The staff is nice though so that is a plus and the apartments are very nice.

Parking is a nightmare. There is never any parking unless you rent a space with a garage.

Also a lot of young adults live here which isnt bad but there has been a lot of parties going on and they have been causing havoc in the parking lot late at night. Although our security has tried to handle that. Overall its a nice place to live they just really need to work on the maintenance and do something about the parking.

Oh also the walls are very thin here. You can hear your neighbors doing everything.
I would like to add that I do feel very safe here. So I guess I have my pros and cons.
