two years now and the steady decline of the Tuscany Apt seems to be unstoppable. The apartments themselves could be very nice if they were redone. The space inside them is good the closets are very nice for space, but thats about where my good feelings for this place stop. We had new carpet put in before we moved into our second apt here and it is so so crapy the lowest quality carpet you can buy and and it feels even worse under your feet and it shows ware at not even a year old! When I moved here two years ago this place was pristine the parking lot was sealed and looked top notch the court yards were landscaped and beautiful and the staff seemed to be on top of there game. Now that is a completely different story. The parking lot is in desperate need of resurfacing the court yards have dead or dying plants in them. The walkways to your apartment are dirty and there is TRASH every where you go. Bottles, papers beer cans, dog poo, and weeds weeds and more weeds. Broken fountains that have green moss and I am sure mosquito larvae in them. I know the economy is bad but this place that used to look impeccable two years ago is far far from it today. Looking forward to my move out date!

I totally 100% agree with numbskull staff, and this is even before moving in! Just requesting information, they are all talk! I have requested an application via email twice and still nothing. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! Unfortunately the only direction a place at the top can go is down, unless the owners keep a hawks eye on things.

From Management: I apologize that you had a bad experience with your new apartment! Please come to the office to talk to us if you're unhappy with your apartment. We honestly do want our residents to be happy. We truly care about this apartment complex. The courtyards have been mulched, palms trimmed, landscaping manicured. We are cleaning up the courtyards every day. The trash compactor is supposed to help with trash on the property. Our maintenance department cleans up trash every day. We try to keep this property looking great! We purchased new pool furniture, trimmed every palm tree, cleaned all the roofs. Please let us know what we can do to make you happier in your apartment.
