I was excited to move into these apartments, UNTILL I WENT TO LOOK AT THEM AND HAD TO DEAL WITH THERE STAFF!! the lady who claimed to be the manager was an absolute... well you know! We quickly changed our mind and drove our happy buts to Colonial Grand @lakewood ranch! and have NO problem paying a little more for better NICER service! and much more helpful!
This company needs to tell there employees that when a potential CLIENT.. PAYING client comes to view there homes to learn how to be helpful, and heck NICE! when we asked about a speacial they were running and advertised on craigslist and in the apartment guide, and when we asked about it she POINTED rudley to there price change policy! and then when we asked about the fact that that was advertised THAT DAY!!we were told that if thats what we assumed then maybe that apartment wasnt for us!!! UM we asked a question that when we CALLED 2 hours before that it was still being offered and then when we asked to see a home. UMM there suddenly wasnt any. JUST the model BUT BUT they are so desperate for renters that they are giving current renters 400 dollars if they recommend someone! b/c they are 30 % vancant! with personal like that can you blame it! And not to mention that the day before someone stole a car and went a on drunk rampage hitting cars in the complex. REAL SAFE!! And its a shame we had heard good things about the apartment but was also told to speak to someone eles who was busy at the time we came. maybe if we had a chance to speak with him we would be PAYING clients in this had economy.... BUT we got the dark haired one with NO people skills! i hope that company knows that in order to get clients and keep clients its nice to be nice and helpful. But i guess thats why we decieded to go to another apartment a pay a little more! good service does that! Bottom line RUDE RUDE RUDE and THEIR SCARING POTENTIAL RENTERS TO OTHER APARTMENTS!!

I completely agree with you on everything!! When we moved in here almost two years ago it was nice and there were friendly guys that drove around every day and picked up yard wast and tree limbs and stuff like that, they made sure the light bulbs were all on and that the place looked nice. After new management took over the complex it has been DOWN hill!!! Brian in the front office is the dumbest and most worthless one of them all. Denise is not much better when you ask for something to be done GOOD LUCK it will take FOREVER!!! And you have to remind them over and over and over again. They say it will be taken care of that day and its like they are just giving you lip service it goes in one ear and out the other time and time again. The rent has drooped for new tenants to move in so you guessed it, here comes the White trash of florida and then with that they have cousins and friends that do not live there yet use the pool and the hot tubs like they live there. The car that tore through the complex was bad enough god only know what is going on. Oh and if you have a pet you better be ready to be infested with fleas because they are here and its because they are not paying Nolans to come and spray any more we have not seen signs on the premisses in quite some time. They do not know customer service and they do not know urgency what so ever. I have talked to other tenants that have list of things that need to be done and they are still waiting for them to be done. The property is dirty the dog poop is everywhere and the buildings have not been swept or cleaned and they just keep going down and down. They painted some time back and that must have cost them way to much because they do not do anything else to update the property. We were told we would have a new larger and updated gym here Yeah Right! Dident happen! So do not live here we can not wait to move once our lease is up even if we have to pay a little more just to do so. This place is really not a good place to live now, used to be but not now!

I honestly don't understand these complaints. The management are very professional and courteous. Of course it all depends on your attitude towards others.
