I have lived in the Tuscany for the last 3 years and am gladly moving out this month. To start off, the management company has changed 3 times in the past year. That alone is a lot to say. The maintenance staff if awful. 95% of them are driving around in their golf carts (two of them to a golf cart) chatting it up and doing nothing. I have also been hit on several times by the maintenance men as well. If you try to ignore them they think it is a game and continue to do it. They definitely show a lack of professionalism. When you go to the office to set up a time to have something fixed, they take 2 weeks, IF they do not forget about you.

My air conditioning unit broke and we had to wait a week for them to fix it. A week in Florida during the summer with no air conditioning is absolutely horrendous and deplorable on the Tuscany's part.

When the codes to the gym were changed no one even bothered to let the tenants know about the change. We had to go up to the office and complain. We should have been informed through the mail. They put notes on our doors for a mess of other things but do not let us know about changes in codes.

Also new tenants coming in will pay less money for their apartments than tenants who have lived here for years. Where is the loyalty' When I went to sign my new lease I bought this to their attention. The lady in the front offered to have my new lease reflect what a new tenant would pay. I was pleased for a micro-second. By the time I went back 3 days later after discussing it with my boyfriend, we found out that the lady had been fired and we were no longer going to able to re-new our contract for that price. The office staff does not communicate with each other and when you bring this to their attention they try to cover it up or say it was a misunderstanding on your part.

AWFUL SERVICE and STAFF. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING!

I agree. We moved in a month ago and are still waiting for repairs to our apartment.

THis echoes my experience. The people are garbage, The place is a dump. Everyone pays a different rent. Uf you are not sure if you are being lied to, here's a tip. If their lips are moving, they are lying. Anything they promise, get it in writing!
