The people who run or ran this place are very corrupt.

They first of all mislead me in a variety of ways. I was forced to sign a 7 month lease because they told me it was there company policy only to find out less than a week after I move in the apartments have been sold and are being converted into condos.

What crap is this when you plan on living in a place for a few years if it is nice and be told you have to beat it in seven months. Why didn't they tell me this when I first came in.

Second, they told me the price of my apartment and then the day I was to sign my lease they jacked the rent up another $63 a month.

Anytime you go in there you have to get there names cause they will be there one day and gone the next.

Once I moved in I found out that two gangs were marking there territory there. I have a kid and don't need that. I should have just gone across the stree to Coconut bay. They are much better than this place

Very poorly managed and very misrepresented for what looks like nice apartments.
