I bought in the Villagio Dec 05 and I have not had any major issues or problems. The security and safety is great. The staff is pretty friendly & helpful. They keep the grounds looking nice. There is always plenty of parking.
The only over all complaint would be that most of the fitness cardio equipment in the fitness room is old & broken and has been for a looong time. I would like to use it more, but unable to. I don't know why it has taken 3 years to fix this, we pay our dues every month as a owner..So Fix it.. The pool is very nice, but they have an early restriction on when it closes, I believe it is 7pm.
