First i must confess im a realestate broker who has sold and handle a few rentals at the Villagio, but that being said it is always a positive experience. The property is very well maintained, it has the feel of a golf course community with out all those pesky golfers. The units themselves are holding their value where other communities are plummeting in value. The key to the Villagio is the service they provide. Chris and Jim the onsite managers go out of their way to accomodate the owners and their representatives, I am always met with a smile and professionalism.Another great aspect is the onsite security! many communities forego this service to save money but in the long run the pay the price.

I've lost 50% of the value of my apartment here I bought. The apartments are fine, grounds are nice, the surrounding neighborhood is becoming low rent and the Reds have left. This place will become less safe and less appealing in a couple years.
