When my family and I first moved here( Florida), We were told that this is a great starting point. we were told about the great location, and the nice grounds with spacious apartments. we were also told about the friendly managers, and staff.

well, they were wrong. the place is not all what it's cracked up to be. the location is on the south side of sarasota. sure it's next to the mall, but that's it. only the mall is what's around. there is nothing else here. the grounds are kept up only once a week, on saturday morning at 7am, lawnmowers, trimmers,ect. are running at that time. it's a big pain when your tring to sleep. then the managment. well, we had some pest problems, which we had brought it up to the managment, they had told us, "We live in Florida, we get bugs here". that's not what i want to hear. then there the loud noise fro all other surrounding apartments, and the parking is horrible. fighting for a spot each and everyday. the pool, that's a whole different story, just one word......YUCK....

just like i said, pass this place up. don't even bother. you can find better. keep looking.
