My boyfriend and I decided to move here because it was convient seeing as how we both worked @ the mall,and that they offered a mall-employee discount. Such a total nightmare from the day we moved in. Noise EVERYWHERE. Strange neighbors constantly moving in and out. MAJOR PEST PROBLEM...we got the same response as the majority of the renters on here..."we live in Florida" yeah well I have lived in Florida almost all my life and have never had a problem. We got the apartment with the lovely view of the dumpsters,which you could hear the compactor going off @ all hours of the night. Parking was a pain,they made a lovely handicapped parking spot for someone that never even moved the car they drove once in 6 months!!! Management was a pain in the ass...never fixed anything. Ricky was the worst. Our toilet paper holder fell apart the day we moved in and stayed that way until the day we moved out,we had a "dent" in our floor in the kitchen from what appeared to be a previous leak.The sink leaked 2 weeks after we got there, the light in the kitchen constantly went out,and had to be repaired. The a/c made a funny noise,never got fixed, our blinds were broken the day we moved in,never fixed. Stains on our carpet when we moved in that were never removed. Bugs bugs bugs galore!!! The dishwasher BARELY worked,and leaked too. BOTH pools were dirty.Kids run crazy on this complex @ all hours of the night.NEVER got our "free membership" to the local YMCA. Don't move here unless you want to feel how it is to live with slumlords in the ghetto.
