Why is it that only malcontents post reviews' I have lived at Vintage Grand/Camden since 2003, and I have absolutely no complaints. I am right beside the pool, and if noisy rowdy kids were a problem, I think I would know it. Mostly, this is a friendly, family oriented residential environment.

The staff is cordial and helpful, and unless you think these employees are supposed to behave like your personal servants, I think anyone would be happy here. They try very hard to create a 'neighborhood' feeling. There was a wonderful Christmas party in the clubhouse this past holiday season, and more recently a free outdoor movie showing.

The property looks like a resort, so it's no wonder some residents expect to be treated like vacationers spending wads of money. I purchased my unit in 2006, and plan to live here for many years. This is my home, my neighborhood. The only complaint I have is with residents who think it's okay to dump old TV's and broken furniture by the dumpster and then complain that the place looks uncared for.

My hat is off to the staff for constantly picking up after lazy residents, while still maintaining a sunny disposition with other more considerate residents.

It's a nice place to live, and I would recommend Vintage Grand to anyone in the market for a comfortable, convenient, condo location.
