I have lived at Vintage Grand for over a year now and am absolutley thrilled with the maintenance staff, office staff and property. The maintenant supervisor is very knowledgable and experienced. He will get any problem I have had taken care of immediately and effectively. I came from Gulf Gate, a community that seemed to take a week to get to fix a problem, and couldnt be happier with this staff. The office is quick to notify the maintenance of any problems and maintenance comes over with in a few minutes to take care of the problems. I love it here. Due to the staff I plan to renew and stay longer. I definetly recommend this place to anyone!!!
