Lake Jackson Penthouse / parking for this apt. is first slot near entrance, water, cable is included in the maintenanace fee, heated pool, boat slip & dock privileges, washer and dryer, workout room, pool table, garbage. Walk-in closet 10X8 feet. Plenty of closet space. Daily view is gorgeous, the height of this apartment and size of lake makes sunsets beautiful!
