I have been living in Valley View for quite a while now. The comments that previous people wrote re: the old management staff is 100% CORRECT. I had already decided that when my lease came up for renewal I was moving my family out of here. Then new management, Brandon, came in and took over. From day one you have seen a complete 180 done with the running of this property. He has gone out of his way to make sure that each and every resident knows that he cares about not only the community that we live in but the residents themselves. He has cracked down on the problems we had with "troubled teens" he has hired a maintenance staff that actually FIX things that are broken in a timely manner instead of bandaiding them a year or two after you report it. He has started community functions for everyone to particpate in. He has made Valley View feel like a place that you are PROUD TO CALL HOME!!!!! Not only will I continue to renew my lease, I will recommend this as a positive place to live to anyone who is looking!!!
