We moved here from tampa, where we've lived for years, and absolutely love this place. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and tried to make us feel welcome from our first day. Our neighbors are quiet, the only noise we ever hear is the occasional car drive by with loud music, but it isn't a problem like in other places we've lived. We like the location, it has easy access to I-4 and I-75 so commuting is not bad. Parking is a bit limited but easy enough to work around. I definitely recommend moving here, it seems great for young couples starting out. We like it enough that we just resigned for another year.
