I had some good experiences with Valley View. The townhome was clean, in decent shape when we moved in and I loved having our own backyard. The maintenance was miserable, and some of the management staff just didn't care enough to make sure the residents were taken care of.
When I lived there the neighborhood kind of watched out for each other, we didn't have a drug problem there that I knew of anyhow.
Towards the end of my last year living there the maintenance problems grew to a level of intolerable, and the lack of caring if anything got fixed was just too much.
