This is not a nice place to live...the staff is very rude maintance is slow...the parents let their kids run around all hours of the night unsupervised is seems if you go to the office with a complaint the next day the whole neighborhood knows your business..can we get someone in the office who has professionalism and doesnt run to her "friends" who live in here and tell them everything...when you first move in they blow smoke up your*** just to get you to sign a lease..once they get your money they could care less about you and your family..most of the people who live in here are rude white trash..they constantly speed through the complex with no regard for public safety..If you walk out your front door you better beleive one of your neighbors is gonna look out their window or step out thier front door just to see what your doing..there is NO privacy here...I walked out in my backyard(which does have a privacy fence) but the people who live behind me were looking out their upstairs window watching me play with my kids they can see right into my yard and i seem to be interesting to them i catch them watching me all the time...Before moving in here look up the crime rate for this area prowlers bugleries rape!!! If you care about your family and your safty dont move here...parking is another issue they have semi-private parking but half the residents dont even use the spaces provided they park in the street and block you from leaving your own driveway

Its not very respectful two talk about the people who live around you. if you dont like the neighborhood then take your @#$% an get out then! You must have done something two have people be rude two you because i talk two an are friends with everybody have nothing nice two say about you. Your a very rude careless person an i know who you are. So honestly lisa, the best thing for you two do is get your @#$% an get out.

I find it funny that this poster can't even put TO or AND in a sentence properly but can spell RESPECTFUL correctly, looks like someone with no education, oh thats half of Valley View..If people like the poster that can't write would mind their own business and stop acting like the Bundy's, Valley View probably would be a nicer place to live..But until people like you are removed the drama will continue and the good people who want to be respectable people and mind their own business will have to deal with the likes of you and the wonderful staff until our leases are through..You know who you are, let's get Valley View were it needs to be and lets do some lawn work, lets weed out all those nasty weeds...!
