You would have to be near crazy to consider living in this community after reading the bad reviews. I have lived here for a year and could not wait until my lease was up to move on from this bad experience. Sure, it seems nice when you first drive through, and when you need a place to live, it seems even better. I can promise it is the opposite as what it seems. First of all, the staff and maintenance are in fact lazy and difficult to communicate with. The maintenance staff barely speaks english and if you need something done you had better be prepared to draw a picture to get it through to them. Not to mention, anything that is attempted to be repaired doesn't get done in a timely manner or at a convenient time, they would rather "fix" something while you're not home. Second of all, the parents around do not watch their teenagers. They are out all hours of the night, hanging around the front of apartments and around others vehicles. I even had a teenage girl pick a fight with me while I was pregnant! Last, and the most important is the crime rate in the neighborhood. I am proof that this is a terrible place to live. On one occasion, my husband's motorcyle was vandalized and someone tried to steal it. On another,his $800 weight set was STOLEN from our backyard and the back sliding glass door was broken into. The only response from the management staff was; "You need to file a police report"!! I was livid!! I would just really like to know how over 500 pounds of weights were stolen without anyone seeing a thing!!!

With those serious complaints to consider, here is a quick run through of other problems I encountered.
* The walls must be thin, I could hear my neighbor's tv better than mine sometimes.
* Poor ventilation, if you plan on having a dryer in the apartment.
* Sure, there's a backyard .. mine was full of sand and leaves, I never used it.
Plus the townhome next door could see everything you do back there.
* Dogs are allowed, which is great .. but my neighbor's boxer barked at anything
that moved, without any discipline given!
* Parking is slim, especially if you have a full size truck, and forget it if your
neighbor does too.
* There is no such thing as a relaxing dip in the community pool.
* Speeding throughout the neighborhood is a problem.
* On several occasions, I witnessed homeless guys digging in the dumpsters. (That's
real safe) Especially, since there is poor lighting around those dumpsters.

I'm sure there are more problems I could present to you, but why waste my time further. I can assure you, that if you are a hard working, tax paying individual, whom takes pride in themselves and their accomplishments, this is NOT the place for you. I just wish someone could have told me the same before I made the mistake of moving here.
