South miami is a very very nice place, highly recomend but this building is very, very old and cramped, parking is bad, the cleaning guy uses a gas powered leaf blower every morning between 8:30 and 10:30 around the building and in the interior HALLWAYS!!!! I complained several times but they never paid attention, they probably lost their hearing, the studios have only one tiny window with a wall mounted prehistoric a/c wich is very noisy and breaks often, Very old building, narrow dark hallways, narrow doors. The kitchen stove is also a prehistoric one, very depressing.The only good thing is the location right in beautiful South Miami, they should turn Mayan towers down and build something new. I recomend you find another building in South Miami
