PROS = Great neighborhood, next to shopping mall and many grocery stores and restaurants, great price, and you can have up to 2 pets with you
CONS = Landlady is never available and not always willing to help and the apartments are old and run-down. Parking is a mess (only 1 spot for 2 residents) and never any visitor spots.

You must weigh your priorities in this place.

anytime I have requested help from landlady she has always been willing to help.Grat community.You should have not rented here as building is obviously old but, very well kept.You could have gotten a renovated apartment@ his community & paid more but, you probably did not because you cant afford it.This is the best community in the area& a great value.
