I am a current resident. I moved in bc prices are very high around the area but there are no excuses to the filth of my building and unresponsiveness of the manager. I live in the building with dark brown tiles which does not disguise the obvious amounts of dust, dirt, and insects there are in every single corner including the doorsteps of each unit. No one should have to live in such conditions. I dread taking the stairs because there are always dead insects all over them. I went on vacation and arrived home with 3 pieces of luggage to a broken elevator and helplessly carried my things to the 3rd floor. I park in my spot at the back of the building under a lightpost that has been burnt out for at least 7 months. I was in a rush to move and opted for a filthy apartment complex.

I am a current resident & i just found out the old manager left a month ago.I would see the old manager walking the building& giving insttructions to the gentleman that cleans. Maybe this new manager does not walk the building & she is unaware of the situation.Go to the office & address your concerns.Give the new manager the opportunity to correct the problem. If she doesn't call the Management Company,they are excellent.

This site is not for those who own/work for the company and it's pretty obvious every time there's an attack against management there is a counter response. By the way, it's been 3 months, since my last comment, guess maybe it'll take another 3 months to see if people can clean bugs off the floor
