Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2008
 
To give you an idea of this place, people come here from all over with their dogs to let them s h eye tea on the grounds. There are no sidewalks and 74th Ter. is presently not paved. No more free parking on the street. In this neighborhood they Tow your friends cars. The intersection of Sunset Dr. and Red Rd. can easily be a three light wait. The list goes on and on.
