I've lived at Palm Plaza for about a year and the management is very nice and kind hearted. They respond quickly to any issues. The buidling is rather old but clean. THe location is central to many venues in South Miami including a movie theatre, shopping, restuarnts and some hot spots. Its convenient for those who dont have a car and close to the metro rail. Although to really get around, a car is reccommended. The area aslo is very peaceful quiet and generally safe with lots to do from seasonal Art festivals, car festivals etc. Id recommend living here.
