The only reason I moved to Sunset Club is because it was close to UM and I did not have a car at the time. If you can avoid living here, do it! The building is run down, and the staff is unhelpful. The building needs a serious paint job and other renovations as well. The management is awful. As I was moving out, I spoke to a few of my neighbors who informed me that no one ever gets their deposit back. They were right! Even if your apartment is in tip top condition, management will keep a couple hundred dollars of your deposit from you. What do they do with this exrta cash'' I cant say for sure, but Ive noticed that the manager has been driving a nice brand new car. I think others who have lived here should stand up and complain to the better business bureau about the poor managing practices at this apartment complex. Do not live here!!

This is so true. I am currently fighting with Aaron the landlord so I can get the money back cause he won't give it to me. I've been here for 3 years. Never got any carpet cleaning done as they promise every year they sign you up. You can call and call and they wont call you back. Service here is unacceptable. Take my words. Don't live here!!!!
