This is a older property, unlike other properties where you can find fitness centers,computer rooms, jacuzzies, etc, but the price reflects that.
It is a great apartment for students such as myself, I lived there 3 years, & it was great I did'nt have to really use my car to get to school, the metro rail station is only 2 blocks away, & there is a also a large mall with a 24 plex, gameworks, i mean it was really convenient.
Can't say that I have any real complaints, the staff is friendly, the manager is helpful, maintenance took care of any problems that i had during my stay
The only thing is that it is a older building, but i was surprised at the interior of the apartment, it had new carpet, & it looked real nice, but they really need to fix their tennis court, it is in need of it.
But overall like i said it is a great location, cheap rent, & the apartments are in very good condition, well maintained,
what more can you ask for for the rnet they charge'
