Lived here for three years, place is well kept, a lot of improvements have been made,from what I've seen & also according to a lot of old timers.
This has been my first apartment & I really can't complain, for the price & the area I think it's a bargain.
The maintanace guys are really nice, there is only two of them, but they seem to respond to residents needs (the guy below me is a pain, so if they please him they gotta be doing something right).
Things I would like is for management to change would be the color of these bathrooms, mine is a canary yellow, my neighbors is mint green, these are really old school colors & tough to coordinate with.
Change the laundry room would be nice too, this machines are old.
I mean, hey.. I don't wanna sound like a kiss a$$, but the place is really, really nice & when you have good neighbors living in the building, you have a nice apartment to live in.....I don't know but something is being done right here.
Take it as you may want, but I do recommend sunset club.
