I've been living in this complex for 3 years. Aaron the Landlord is just nasty. The only time he's nice is when he's trying to get you to sign then after that you are on your own. When you need something u would call this guy and leave messages but he never calls you back. You have to keep calling until he decides to pick up and he's not even nice when he's dealing with your issues. It always ends up an argument. Service is really bad but they raise their prices up by at least $60 every year. They promise you carpet cleaning or repainting and they never get it done. Parking here sucks. I remember just last year, ican find a spot when i come home from work around 7 pm. my area was always full. I have to park on the other side of the complex which is a bit of a walk.
I'm leaving this complex this year and Aaron apparently is not giving me my security deposit back for some reasons .. GRRR
