Maintenance requests go unanswered - get the runaround

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
Need something fixed' FORGET IT! For the last 5 years they've said they're going to paint everyone's door and the buildings. Yeah right! This place looks like hell with dirty hand marks all over the walls & poorly maintained, old, rickety elevators. They also jack up your rent $35/year with nothing to show for it.
