I just wanted to say that I've been living here since March of 2009 & so far it's been a pretty good place to live, not to mention the price of the apartment.
I do agree that it is an older community, but the location & the ammeneties it has, I really can say that it can't be beaten.
If you are realistic & are not looking for granite counter tops & crown molding, etc. this place will most likely suit you fine.
I've got a cozy apartment & I loooove the fact that I can walk to eat, & go to Winn Dixie for groceries, anyway I don't want to sound like I'm advertising for the place it's just that people are quick to write about negative things, but never take the time out to give good opinions.
The staff here are nice, the manager & maintenance are very polite & help out residents I've spoken to a few old timers & they seem to be pretty pleased with their sorroundings.
Now, the day I move out I'll let you know about my deposit...lol
