I have to say....both my roommate, and I, have resided at Valencia since 2004, and we have yet to encounter any problems. The building is only 2 years old, and both property management and maintenance due an excellent job at keeping the building that way! It also has quite a bit of ammenities (more than the average building), but the location of the building is what sold my roommate and I! You can't beat it!

You are right in the heart of it all in "South Miami", and only a couple of minutes away from Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, COCONUT GROVE and about 15/20 minutes away from the Beaches! Oh, and not to mention "Sunset Place" is within walking distance, and the Metro Rail station is right across the street!

My roommate and I, are originally from Ohio, and we are studying law at the University of Miami, so it's a great location to live in, because your not only close to everything, but literally less than a mile away from the University! How convenient is that!!

It's also great when our parents and friends come down to visit too, because we are right in the heart of it all, so we don't have to drive much to anywhere. We did quite a bit of research in the area and compared against other buildings, but "Valencia South Miami" ranked at the top!

Another nice perk to the building...is the 24/7 security personnel they have in the building at all times! They constantly roam around the property, so we feel very safe here! I recommend Valencia South Miami to anyone....we are very happy here! I hope our feedback will be of help to you, so Good luck!!
