Ive lived at Valencia since April. I love my home, the floorplan and location are both awesome. I moved from the Colony at dadeland apartment complex on sw 77th ave. It was horrible. Not like My new place, Valencia has so many things to offer, a great staff who are both polite and helpful unlike my last residence. A beautiful pool area unlike any other condo/apartment complex in the area. My unit is 652 square feet small but it has everything! a soaking tub, walkin closet, pantry , built in microwave,washer and dryer, and a beautiful balcony. The entire property is like a resort. If you have the means you should really consider this property. Its also in the middle of everything, I couldnt ask for more!!!!!!
