Sadly, I am moving to Atlanta soon for a new job- that's why i ended up on this site. But if you are considering Valencia, I would definitely suggest it! yes, there is a little ghetto neighborhood behind the building, but we have had no problems in the last year and a half we have been here. the guards are super nice, they patrol constantly. ALso the pool is beautiful, although since it is between the building, it is hard to get sun sometimes... It is a bit of a college crowd, but they are not out of control, so it's definitely tolerable- you may hear the occasional drunken laughs on friday or sturdays but thta's about it.
Wish I could stay!
