We had sooo many issues with this place. My roommate and I were charged 200$ for application fees, quoted a certain price before move in and a different price was put on the lease, over 400$ more than previously quoted! The lease had wrong names on it. Plus we had to pay for additional parking. The apt was really dirty, there were lots of stains on the carpet, we wrote it all down. When we moved out the lady assured me that i wouldnt be charged for the stains and things that were on the carpet and that were on our move in inspection sheet, but they 'misplaced' our original move in sheet and refused to accept a copy of it that we had, and charged us 600$ for carpet cleaning! It took tons of phone calls and emails to get our deposit back! The staff changed like 3 times while we were there so anytime we had issues we had to re-explain everything to the new staff who were always confused. There was a small gym, in which one out of the two of the elliptical and one out of the two treadmills were always out of order.
REALLY FRUSTRATING.
The grounds are nice, and the staff is nice too. The leasing departments secretary was always rude regardless of how polite we were to her. The leasing agents themselves I felt bad for because they were always so confused because new ones kept coming in. I am really pissed of at the lady who did our closing inspection who promised that we wouldnt be charged and said we can trust her to find our original inspection sheet lied straight through her teeth. And then when we were faxing them our copy of the inspection sheet she said that the stuff on that sheet didnt look authentic! The nerve of her to accuse us of something like that. I have pictures from before the move and from when i left to prove that the stain wasnt caused by us. Regardless its absurd to charge $600 for carpet cleaning for a one stain.
That was pure fraud.
From what I talked to the other tenants about they didnt get their full deposits back either, even though they had no issues and at closing inspection were promised their full refund back.


The apts are acutally nice...the staff isn't. Just document everything REALLY well get everything in writing before you leave!
