Very nice place to live - I've lived at Palm Plaza for about a year and the management is very nice and kind hearted. They respond quickly to any issues. The buidling is rather old but clean. THe location is central to many venues in South Miami including a movie theatre, shopping, restuarnts and some hot spots. Its convenient for those who dont have a car and close to the metro rail. Terrible We had a moth infestation and complained to the management to no avail. Their prices are outrageous and it is smack in the middle of the ghetto. On top of that, my roommate and I had to sue them to get our security deposit back even though we left the apartment in immaculate condition.

Great place I lived here for about a year the place is great, the manager is a wonderful lady, actually she goes out of her way to do things, no major issues and the price is pretty reasonable, the apartment I have is over 700 sq ft and has a great balconies, I really love it.
