Great building, reasonable price well kept and convenient location - I lived there 2005-2009. It was in the perfect location for me since I was going to UM. I lived in and apartment owned by a private owner and it was renovated and everything was well kept. I could walk to school or to Sunset shops and I really liked that, I prefer that then having to drive everywhere. Management was nice and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Terrible We had a moth infestation and complained to the management to no avail. Their prices are outrageous and it is smack in the middle of the ghetto. On top of that, my roommate and I had to sue them to get our security deposit back even though we left the apartment in immaculate condition.
