Although this property sits in a great location, there is a HUGE drawback to living here. The landlord is violent, abusive, unprofessional and unpredictable when it comes to dealing with tenant issues. It may not appear this way at first or even second impression. The landlord becomes "annoyed" if tenants inquire about simple things relevant to the apartment. I did not feel safe because of him and I avoided him at all costs. I would reccommend that you absolutely do not live here, it isn't worth it...

most landlords expect tenants to have rent payments on the first of the month. not a lot of excuses and copouts. and this tenant lived there untill they wre asked to leave, or be evicted which appears on your credit report. most NON-PAY tenants are the biggest complainers .

Gee, you got all that from "anonymous"????, can we assume you're either the landlord or his agent? Sorry but this site is for tenants to air grivances and warn each other about landlords the same way credit reports warn landlords about tenants, It's too bad it doesn't have more exposure maybe some small time landlords who think intimidation works would get their butts sued off
