Nice place to live - I lived at the Emerald Bay apartments for three years. Everyone was very nice. If I had a problem I phoned the ofice and they sent someone right out. It is near town and close to my work. I liked the grounds, I think they have a few acres there, it seems like living in a park. They do mow the lawns alot, sometimes before 9:00 AM I work late.
