This complex has changed so much since I have been living here in the last 4 months. Phase 2 construction is just coming to an end, and Phase 1 rennovation is beginning. I live in Phase 1, and was feeling like I wished I lived in Phase 2, when our apartment manager sent out a letter saying that they were going to start some major landscaping projects (which are coming along excellently) and exterior painting projects to further beautify our community. I love living here (except for the speed bumps which I guess I'll get used to some day--but Phase 2 does NOT have speed bumps!) The windows are a little thin and let in plenty of noise, cold, and heat. I have learned not to sleep past 8:30am because I cannot sleep through the noise pollution from I-275.

So, what do you like about this place? The landscaping? Then why are there so many dead plants around here? They have put speed bumps in at Phase 2 now and some of them will bottom your car out.
